Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the TETRA website and the digital products sold through it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who sells the products

Products are sold and delivered by Gumroad, Inc. acting as merchant of record. Gumroad processes payment, issues receipts, collects applicable taxes and hosts the download files. Gumroad's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to the checkout.

What you receive

Each purchase grants a licence to use the product under the licence terms. You do not acquire ownership of the software, files or any intellectual property contained in them.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are calculated and added at checkout by Gumroad based on your location.

Compatibility

Each product page lists the host applications, editions and versions it supports. It is your responsibility to check that your setup matches before buying. Where a product requires DaVinci Resolve Studio, it will not load in the free edition.

Updates

Minor updates to a product you own are provided free of charge through your Gumroad library. Major new versions may be sold separately.

Refunds

Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly share the product files, in whole or in part. You may not remove notices or attempt to bypass licence controls.

Liability

The products are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, TETRA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use, including lost render time or missed deadlines. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
