Privacy policy

This policy explains what data TETRA collects when you visit this site, buy a product or contact us, and how to request its deletion.

What we collect and why

First-party analytics. We set two cookies: tt_sid, a session identifier that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, and tt_vid, a random visitor identifier that lasts one year. They let us count visits, see which pages and products are viewed and measure where sales come from. They do not contain your name or email. Page paths, referrer and UTM campaign parameters are stored alongside these identifiers. If your browser sends Do Not Track, we may honour it.

Cookie choice. A banner asks whether you accept analytics. Our own first-party analytics above runs either way. The Meta Pixel only loads after you choose "Accept analytics"; if you choose "Essential only" it never loads. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Meta Pixel (when enabled). If the owner enables it and you accept analytics, the Meta Pixel reports page views, product views and checkout clicks to Meta to measure advertising. Purchases may also be reported to Meta from our server (Conversions API) using a hashed email. Meta's own privacy policy applies to that data. You can opt out through your browser or Meta's ad settings.

Purchases. Orders are processed by Gumroad, the merchant of record. Gumroad collects your email, payment details and billing country. We receive your email address, the product bought, the price and the Gumroad order reference so we can support you and record the sale. We never see your card number.

Email. Transactional and newsletter emails are sent through Resend. If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email, a confirmation timestamp and the page you subscribed from. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Contact form. When you send a message we store your name, email, message, inquiry type and the product it concerns, along with a reference number, so we can reply.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a Supabase database and on Vercel infrastructure. Access is limited to the owner.

How long we keep it

Analytics events are kept for up to 24 months. Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and support purposes. Contact messages are kept until resolved, then for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion. Email support@tetra.example from the address you used, or use the contact form. We reply within one working day and complete deletion requests within 30 days. Order records required by law may be retained.

Third parties

Gumroad, Resend, Supabase, Vercel and, when enabled, Meta each process data under their own policies. We do not sell your data.
