This licence applies to every digital product sold by TETRA (OFX plugins, DCTLs, DRFX bundles, LUTs and presets).

Single user. The licence is for one person. That person may install the product on all machines they personally use, including a laptop and a workstation.
Unlimited projects. Use the product in as many projects as you like, with no per-project fee.
Commercial use. Use the product in paid work: commercials, films, series, music videos, corporate and social content. No attribution is required.
Deliverables. Footage, renders and grades produced with the product are yours. Nothing in this licence restricts what you do with your output.

No redistribution or resale. Do not share, upload, sell, give away or otherwise distribute the product files, in whole or in part, including to clients or collaborators who have not bought their own licence.
No inclusion in other packs. Do not bundle the product, or derivatives of it, into another product, template pack, LUT pack or plugin, whether free or paid.
No reverse engineering of compiled plugins, and no removal of copyright notices.
No team sharing. A facility or team needs one licence per user. Contact us for multi-seat pricing.

Minor updates are included for the lifetime of the product version you bought and are delivered through your Gumroad library.

The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must delete all copies of the product.

TETRA retains all intellectual property in the products. You receive a licence, not a transfer of ownership.
